D & F Properties is a family-run business, that has been renting student and professional properties for over 20 years. We offer the most attractive student locations and great standard properties which we keep well maintained. We own all of the properties we let- meaning we can provide the best service to our tenants. We have a great in-house maintenance team and are responsive and caring landlords.
We are PAL GOLD accredited landlords with the Welwyn and Hatfield council. We are also members of the National Residential Landlord Association for over 20 years. This means we meet and exceed the legal requirements set out by the Rental Property Standards.
We have several HMO properties, student houses, as well as family rentals. Some of our properties are furnished. Our properties are located across Hertfordshire with Stevenage, Hatfield, St Albans, and Harpenden as key property locations.
We also provide HMO accommodation with room rental packages for professionals, which include utility bills, Wi-Fi, and a cleaner.
